Flu season is coming! The Chatham Health District, your local public health department, is taking steps to limit the spread of influenza by holding the following clinic for children, families and the general public. Each person needs to bring their insurance card and a printed, filled out copy of the Influenza Vaccination Consent Form to the clinic (located here). The following health insurances are accepted: Aetna, ConnectiCare, Cigna, Anthem BC/BS, Medicare (Part B) – secondary taken first. Cash or check – $25.00

Clinic will be held from 3:00 – 6:00 pm on our main floor in the storytime room and is fully accessible.
